In Delaware, Ohio Jim Stillwagon, Former Ohio State football star is accused of following a pickup truck on his motorcycle for 14 miles and shooting at the driver. Stillwagon’s attorney stated at beginning of his trial that his client shot at a passing motorist in self-defense last year. Stillwagon, 63, could serve between five and 29 years in prison if convicted of felonious assault in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

Prosecutors said yesterday that Stillwagon and Richard Mattingly passed each other repeatedly and shouted. Stillwagon was on his motorcycle.
