Eagle Imports, Inc., distributor of Metro Arms, Bersa, Comanche and Grand Power firearms, is introducing the Bersa BP380 Concealed Carry pistol in the United States.

According to the press release, the Bersa BP380 CC is the first polymer-framed .380 pistol manufactured by Bersa, and, as the name would indicate, it’s designed specifically for concealed carry. It’s thin, lightweight and compact, perfect for stopping a would-be attacker.

The BP380 CC comes with a textured, full size grip, which allows for a positive four-finger hold and reduced felt recoil. The grip also provides a higher carrying capacity than a majority of subcompacts with an 8+1 capacity. This pistol also boasts a light, crisp and short trigger pull, and interchangeable dot-sights. The barrel length is 3.3″. In addition, the BP380 has a width of .94″, a length of 6.35″, and a height of 4.8″.

The Bersa BP380 CC is available in a matte black or duotone finish. It can be purchased at a manufacturer suggested retail price of $430.00. See below for a rundown of specifications.

Be aware, the 8+1 cap maybe an ad error. Not a pistol/ammo malfunction, should you have problems. My Bersa Thunder .380 ad was 7+1. It jammed after first shot, mag was wound tight with 7, second round up clipped the empty, stove pipe. 6+1, runs like a top. I keep it loaded with 6+1, but, I only put six rounds in extra mags. Should I reload before I shoot empty, I do not want that jam from 7 in fresh mag and one in the chamber. I hope it is as good a pistol as my Thunder .380 has been for over 5 years. This puppy can hunt.
