Illinois residents will wait at least another month before a state law allows them to legally conceal and carry.
A federal appeals court originally requested Illinois lift its ban on concealed carry by June 9. That date was then extended to July 9.
In the meantime, more and more prosecutors are stepping forward saying they won’t charge citizens for concealed carry offenses.
