
The New Jersey state Supreme Court will hear a landmark case that could redefine gun rights within the state.
New Jersey’s highest court will challenge what is considered the toughest gun-control law which states that people must show “justifiable need” to obtain a permit to carry a handgun.
Evan Nappen, the lawyer representing a New Jersey resident challenging the law, said, “The bottom line is this is a very important if not the most important case yet on the Second Amendment and New Jersey gun laws.”
