A group at Blue Ridge Community College in West Virginia wants to restore their rights concealed carry for self-defense when on campus.
The group is called “Students for the Second Amendment,” and Tommy Kelley, the organization’s president, says people should be allowed to carry concealed handguns on campus to protect themselves.
Blue Ridge allowed concealed carry until a policy change that went into effect January 2012.
