The Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership handed out free stickers to any businesses that don’t want weapons in their restaurants and bars.

Organizers said about 65 stickers were distributed. The partnership said more stickers may be made due to demand.

Many bars and restaurants on Franklin Street have put the stickers on front of their windows because they’re concerned about the mixing of alcohol and weapons.
