Claiming Self Defense Woman Shoots Man – VIDEO

In Baytown, TX a 22-year-old man, was arguing with an acquaintance, a 17-year-woman, at a home in the 700 block of Kilgore and Ward.

Authorities are not certain at this point what the argument was about, or had been doing shortly before the shooting. The woman tells police she shot the man in self-defense. Upon investigation, however, police say they aren’t sure if that was the case. They’re still talking to everyone involved.

“Our investigation indicates thus far that she was inside her residence behind burglar bars and our victim was outside the residence, a good distance away from her and appears to have been possibly shot in the back,” said Lt. Chris McDonald with the Baytown Police Department.
