The Michigan State Senate Judiciary Committee has voted, unanimously, to lift the state’s current ban on short barreled rifles and shotguns.
The bill still has quite a few steps before it becomes law. It must pass a senate floor vote, a vote in the house, and be signed by the state’s governor.
