In Staten Island, New York Sensei Peter McKeon, a second-degree blackbelt Tae Kwon Do and fifth-degree blackbelt in Vee Arnis Jitsuin believes “no one is ever totally safe,” and people are victims of violent crimes every day.
Vee Arnis Jitsu: A combination of karate, judo, muay thai, boxing and other martial arts is a form McKeon trains others in the art of self-defense.
“I want to let people know that there is something out there to teach you how to stay alive,” he said.
