The innovative double-barreled DoubleTap pocket pistol weighs 13 ounces, measures 5.5 inches in length, 3.9 inches in height, is only 0.665 inches wide and disappears in a pocket.
With interchangeable barrels attached to the frame by a single hinge pin similar to those used to mount the upper receiver on an AR-15, the DoubleTap pocket pistols can be chambered in four different calibers, .45 ACP, .45 LC/.410, .40 S&W and 9mm. For loading or reloading an ambidextrous thumb latch on either side of the gun is pulled to the rear and the barrels automatically tilt upward driven by an internal stainless steel spring.
It couldn’t be any easier to use, as Combat Handguns author Dennis Adler shows.
