On Feb. 22 from 9 a.m.-11.30 a.m., the Farmington Hills/Farmington Emergency Preparedness Commission (EPC) self-defense seminar is returning to Farmington Hills, Mich. The class has welcomed over 1,000 attendees since it began seven years ago.

The women’s self-defense seminar will be taught by Jeff Duncan, a sixth degree black belt, as well as his wife Connie, who is a second degree black belt, and other female black belt instructors who teach at Farmington Martial Arts.

The class will teach women skills in situational awareness and self-defense.

The seminar is open to all women ages 11 and up. Advance registration is required.
