Free basic self-defense training will be offered to female residents, of ages 13 years and older by the Grand Prairie Police Department.

The courses will utilize the Rape Aggression Defense system of training. Space is limited for the four-session course, and participants must register at grandprairiepolice.org  / RADS by Feb. 7.
Donations will be accepted and will go to Brighter Tomorrows, a nonprofit that shelters victims of domestic violence and sexual violence.
