A RAD (Rape Aggression Defense Systems) is being held by the Kettering Police Department in Ohio, a women’s self-defense training course.
Women who attend can expect to develop and enhance their options of self-defense, so they may become viable considerations if they are attacked.
The RAD System is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD is not a martial arts program.
This course will be taught by nationally certified RAD instructors and will provide each student with a workbook/reference manual. The workbook/reference manual outlines the entire physical defense program for reference and continuous growth, and is the key to our free lifetime return and practice policy for RAD graduates
