The Dojo in Fort Collins will be hosting a series of free COBRA self-defense classes for both children and adults starting May 10.
According to the Coloradoan:
The class for children age 5-11 will be held from 10 a.m. to noon this Saturday, while the class for children age 11-plus and adults will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 31, according to a company release. The classes will cover a range of self-defense situations ranging from anti-abduction techniques and education taught through the Combat Objective Battle Ready Applications discipline.
The Dojo is located at 2600 Canton Court in Fort Collins.
