American Technologies Network Corp. (ATN) — a leading manufacturer of military, law enforcement, security and outdoor night vision and thermal applications — is releasing the Shot Trak HD, a high definition gun camera which boasts five times the magnification of any standard action camera.

According to the press release, the Shot Trak HD — which is built using military-grade materials — is attachable on three sides of the unit to a standard Weaver mount on a rifle, shotgun, handgun or bow. It is designed to withstand inclement weather conditions and repeated recoil. Using the Shot Trak HD, the end user can fully record target practice, a hunt or outdoor adventure in full HD with sound. It is operable using a simple toggle switch. In addition to being recoil proof, it is also water resistant and Micro SD compatible.
