Diamond Defense — a firearms and tactical training company based in Chandler, Indiana — is offering a self-defense class designed specifically for women and teenagers.

According to 14News, instructor Dani Bryan will teach students how to defend themselves using martial arts, how to get out of a hold, and the proper way to use and carry pepper spray. Techniques for disarming an attacker will also be covered.

The self-defense class is two hours long and the cost of attendance is $40 for adults. It is free to those who are 18 years old and under.

The class will take place Saturday, September 6 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Izaak Walton League in Boonville, Indiana.
