The Bill Taylor Bushido School of Karate will be holding a free Ladies Self-Defense Seminar Saturday, October 25th at 12:00 p.m.
This class will teach attendees self-defense tactics including how to avoid being chosen as a target, what to do if approached by an attacker and what to do if attacked.
Dojo Founder, Sensei Bill Taylor said to The Murfreesboro Post, “We have been training adults and children how to protect themselves and their loved ones for over 30 years here in Murfreesboro. It’s not just our duty but it’s an honor to provide these free classes.”
The class is free to attend, but donations towards Breast Cancer Awareness will be accepted. This self-defense seminar is open to both students and non-students, 13 years old and older.
The class will be held at 1911 Business Campus Drive, Murfreesboro, TN.
