For 2015, Maxpedition has unveiled its new Jumbo ASR Versipack, a tactical shoulder-carry pack built for active-shooter response situations. Made from 1000D lightweight ballistic nylon fabric and triple polyurethane treated for water resistance, the Jumbo ASR Versipack will keep your essential emergency response gear in position and at hand when seconds matter most.
The bag’s main compartment features a double parallel zipper that allows for easy viewing of all contents. The main compartment is divided by a “Blow-Out Kit” that stores a user’s essential first-aid supplies on a handy, rigid platform for easy access. The main compartment measures 11 inches in length by 4 inches in width by 9 inches in height.
For easy viewing of a map or floor plan during and emergency or bug-out situation, the bag’s front exterior unfolds to reveal a large clear window, allowing a user to view the route to their destination instantaneously. Drainage grommets are also included to ensure no water is retained inside the bag during extreme conditions.
This bag was made with the concealed carrier in mind as it includes a 10-inch by 9-inch concealed-carry pocket with a loop lining as well as storage compartments to store six AR-style magazines and two pistol magazines. PALS webbing is included on the bag’s front exterior and on the left side of the design.
