While Sig Sauer has developed an esteemed reputation for producing high-quality firearms over the years, the company is quickly earning a similar reputation in the ammo market thanks to its Elite Performance line. First released in early 2014, the Elite Performance ammo line has evolved to include pistol loads with the Sig V-Crown jacketed hollow point and Sig Full Metal Jacket variants as well as new rifle rounds in 300 AAC Blackout.

The Sig V-Crown features a stacked hollow-point bullet design that delivers on-target energy, maximum weight retention and optimal expansion capability. Offered in both subsonic and supersonic configurations, the Sig Match Grade series of 300BLK ammunition is designed to wring out ultra-accurate performance from AR-style rifles. The subsonic rounds feature 220-grain Sierra Match King projectiles that maintain low noise level characteristics, while the subsonic rounds feature 125-grain Sierra Match King projectiles for minimal dispersion.
