“The Rocky Mountain 3-Gun was a lot of fun and at the same time a humbling, challenging match that taught me some very valuable lessons. The competition was stiff, but luckily my amazing Eagle Imports SPS Pantera ran flawlessly and I was able to finish second,” commented Miller.
The Rocky Mountain 3-Gun Match World Shoot is one of the largest 3-Gun matches in the country and attracted 334 competitors from 11 countries and 29 states who competed in nine stages over the course of three days.
The SPS Pantera pistol is built to be IPSC Standard or Open Competition ready. The .45 ACP single-action, semi-auto pistol is built on a 4140 steel frame with a 4140 hammer-forged steel slide with wide front and rear serrations. The SPS Pantera is an attention-getter on the range for looks and for accuracy. The fully-adjustable Bomar-type rear sight and fiber optic dovetailed front sight make sighting in second nature. The Pantera is perfectly balanced in the hand for quick and repeatable target acquisition and shot-after-shot accuracy.
