A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League (AG & AG) announced today that it will have a surprise drawing on February 28, 2016, to celebrate its five-year anniversary. A lucky AG & AG member will win a new revolver from Charter Arms.

“We love giveaways!” says Julianna Crowder, Founder of AG & AG, which offers quarterly Member Appreciation Giveaways to bring the same excitement to participating in the club as a prize table does for match participants. “Charter Arms was the first company to sponsor our gun giveaway back in 2011, so it is special that they are celebrating this big milestone with us this month.”
The winning AG & AG member will be able to choose a firearm from the popular Undercover Lite models by Charter Arms. This line of revolvers are ultra-lightweight 5-shot .38 Special with an enclosed hammer. They are available in pink, lavender, blue, red, grey, black, gold, and leopard print.

On Feb. 28, 2011, Crowder held her first Girl’s Night Out, a casual, unintimidating event on safe shooting followed by “girl talk” at a restaurant afterwards. Only a few girls showed up, but each week a few more would come. When ladies became more comfortable at the range, she invited them to a competitive shooting match. Using this simple format, the organization has brought thousands of women into shooting sports. AG & AG currently hosts events at 123 ranges nationwide with more than 4,300 members in 46 states.
