Kimber rolled into SHOT Show this year showing off a ton of new products, including five new additions to its Micro 9 family: the Micro 9 CDP (MSRP: $924); CDP (LG) (MSRP $1,142); Stainless Raptor (MSRP $889); Bel Air (MSRP $864); and Sapphire (MSRP $1,061).

Chambered in 9mm and introduced a year ago, the Micro 9 offers small-scale 1911 ergonomics, a single action trigger, superior safety features and all-metal construction.

Indeed, this compact carry shooter boasts a stainless steel barrel and slide, as well as an aluminum frame. Also, one of its key features is the single action trigger with a short, smooth pull that ensures accuracy and allows you to shoot with confidence. Meanwhile, the thumb safety, slide release and mag release are pure 1911 in design.

The Micro 9 also comes with an ejection port that has been lowered and flared for flawless ejection, as well as a beveled mag well for quick, positive loading. The stainless steel sights are mounted in machined dovetails for added durability.
