SB Tactical — best known for inventing the SB15 Pistol Stabilizing Brace — has announced it is now shipping the SBPDW, a new 3-position adjustable brace for Mil-spec AR-15 receivers.

The SBPDW is designed to give you all the advantages of an AR pistol, but with more control, by adding a third point of contact for stabilization when shooting. It’s a complete assembly, comes ready to install and is compatible with Mil-spec bolt carrier groups and carbine buffers, the company says.

This product was developed in conjunction with Maxim Defense. It’s ATF compliant and installation doesn’t change the classification of a pistol in accordance with GCA (Gun Control Act of 1968) provisions.

“The SBPDW is a testament to SB Tactical’s commitment to innovation and the PDW pistol community,” said Alex Bosco, inventor and CEO of SB Tactical. “With three adjustment positions, the new SBPDW affords more users more versatility and dramatically enhances the usability of AR pistols.”

The SBPDW, which comes in both Black and Flat Dark Earth, is available at a suggested retail price of $299.99–$319.99.
