This “Gun of the Month” pick might be a tad polarizing—some might hate how this gun looks, and others will love it. But there’s no denying that the Kimber K6s CDP variant was born to shoot and take plenty of hard use.
RELATED STORY: Kimber Camp Guard 10: PDW’s ‘Gun of the Month’ for July 2017
This CDP (Custom Defense Package) build takes the lightest, six-shot .357 Magnum on the market and adds a smooth match-grade trigger, checkered rosewood grips and tritium night sights. The brushed stainless barrel and cylinder contrast with the frame’s matte black diamond-like carbon (DLC) finish.
We’re in the camp that thinks the K6s CDP looks great, but the finishes are also top of the line. This .357 won’t rust anytime soon. To top it all off, the gun weighs only 23 ounces unloaded.
The Kimber K6s has an MSRP of $1,155.
