SCCY recently announced its newest pistol line, the CPX Red Dot Pistol Series. The new CPX line combines factory Crimson Trace CTS-1500 red dots pre-mounted to SCCY CPX-1, CPX-2, CPX-3 and CPX-4 pistols. The pistols answer one of the hottest growing trends in the conceal carry market, which is the growth of so-called “carry optics” guns.

The CPX-3 and CPX-4 pistols come chambered in .380. Meanwhile, the CPX-1 and CPX-2 pistols feature 9mm. Each pistol retains a backup iron sight system. However, shooters can focus on the target by utilizing the parallax free red dot from Crimson Trace. The CPX Red Dot Series pistols remain small and concealable, with a retail of only $339 (CPX-2, CPX-3) and $349 (CPX-1, CPX-4).
The CPX Red Dot pistols feature a QUADLOCK Barrel for repeatable accuracy (CPX-3, CPX-4), 10-1 capacity and fixed sights. The CTS-1500 red dot includes auto dimming, with more than 20,000 hours of battery life. It has a 3.5 MOA red dot aiming point, which should prove both lightening quick and reliably accurate at defensive distances. Additionally, the CTS-1500 comes with Crimson Trace’s factory three-year warranty.
SCCY has earned an enviable reputation of late for delivering high-quality pistols built for conceal carry. Above all, the company manages to do so while maintaining incredible price points.
