For night vision fans, the Pulsar Digisight line just added two new digital riflescopes. The Digisight Ultra N450 LRF and Ultra 455 LRF employ 4.5-18X magnification and powerful 1280×720 CMOS sensors to detect objects, day or night.
Pulsar Digisight Ultra Riflescopes
Each scope utilizes an integrated laser rangefinder. The Ultras spot objects up to 1,100 yards away. Their 1024×768 AMOLED screens display every image in great detail, according to Pulsar. Technological implements include wi-fi connectivity, built-in recording with sound, picture-in-picture digital zoom and compatibility with the Stream Vision app. The system also includes ten different electronic reticles.
Each scope boats a glass/nylon composite housing for durability. Inside, IP67 waterproof and dustproof ratings protect components. The system operates in temperatures ranging from -13F to 122 F. It even handles recoil up to the thumping .375 H&H. Each scope comes with a battery pack, charging kit and USB cable. An IR illuminator, wireless remote control, QD and weaver/Picatinny rail add to the versatility. A cleaning cloth, carrying case and Hex wrench round out the features.
The Ultra riflescopes utilizes proprietary software, cutting-edge electronic components and signal-processing algorithms to deliver high values of sensitivity in infrared spectrum (nighttime sensitivity), according to Pulsar. The resulting system operates in deep twilight and nighttime conditions, without switching on IR illumination.
The Ultra N455 LRF and N450 LRF retail for $1,799.96. For even more information, please visit pulsarnv.com.
