Trailblazer Firearms, the company that brought you the folding, single-shot, discreet carry .22 LifeCard is blazing trails again. Donning the moniker “Rifle Reimagined,” the Pack9 from Trailblazer Firearms is a packable rifle with some unique features.
The Trailblazer Firearms Pack9
With a focus on portability Trailblazer Firearms has done it again with a foldable 9mm rifle, using proprietary technology. Their newest innovation, the Pivot, does exactly what the name implies, it pivots the upper, for the purpose of a streamline portable solution.
The slim rifle utilizes GLOCK compatible magazines and is a meager 1.15 inches wide. Additionally, at only 5.9 inches tall and 20.9 inches long (folded), the Pack9 will easily slip into any bug out bag. The lightweight 5-pound rifle also ensures that your pack is not overloaded with unnecessary weight.
When you are ready to fire, simply pivot the upper into position for a full shooting length of 26.7 inches. However, with the fully extended stock, the Pack9 measures a full 29.7 inches. The glass-filled nylon stock also contains a built-in mag pouch, to hold an additional magazine.
The aluminum upper features a optics ready, MILSpec picatinny rail and houses the 16-inch button-rifled, threaded steel barrel. Also, the threaded barrel features a 1/10-inch twist and comes standard on the Pack9.
