With a reputation for high-quality optics, Holosun is always pushing the bar. As a result, the company produces optics trusted by many in the military, law enforcement, and personal defense industries. In this case, comes the new AEMS Core optic from Holosun, small in size but big in performance.
The Holosun AEMS Core Optic
The AEMS Core offers excellent protection and durability and is housed in a durable cast aluminum housing. Additionally, at 54mm long, 36mm wide, and 43mm tall, the Core is 11% shorter than most optics in the 20mm class. However, it still achieves a 1/3 co-witness via the included mount. Weighing only 3.9 ounces, the Core is ideal for nearly any rifle, shotgun, or SBR setup.
Shipping with a 2MOA dot, available in either red or green, the Core has 12 brightness settings including 10 daylight and 2 night vision-compatible. In addition, the small package maintains a large glass for optimal target acquisition. Correspondingly, the brightness settings are adjusted via robust buttons located on the left side of the Core.
Furthermore, the Core provides long battery life, with 50,000 hours of continuous operation at a mid-setting. The 2032 battery is easily accessible via a side mount battery compartment. Because of this, you will not need to remove the optic to change batteries. The Core also includes a Shake Awake feature that preserves battery life by going to sleep when left untouched. But the slightest movement reactivates the reticle.
The Holosun AEMS Core optic is available now with an MSRP of $352.93 (red) or $370.58 (green). For more info, please visit Holosun.com.
