Rock River Arms Debuts the Assurance Carbine at SHOT Show 2022

SHOT Show 2022 saw the release of some great new product offerings for the coming year. Not the least of these is the new Assurance Carbine from Rock River Arms. Designed for multiple government agency programs and top-level law enforcement, the Assurance is a mission-specific rifle. Its high-quality precision and dependability also make it ideal for home defense and defense professionals.

Rock River Arms Assurance Carbine

The Assurance is built around precision-made and assembled upper and lower receivers, much like all RRA products. Chambered in 5.56, the Assurance sends rounds downrange via a two-stage trigger, providing enhanced control and accuracy potential. Additionally, the CAR-length gas system assures long life and proper cycling.

The forged RRA lower features a Hogue over-molded pistol grip for enhanced comfort and handling. Likewise, an RRA 6-position buttstock offers each shooter the perfect eye relief adjustment and includes a sling mount.

The forged A4 flattop upper receiver couples with a chrome-moly barrel for an easy-to-clean platform with proven accuracy and extended life. In addition, an A2 flash suppressor is mounted on the 1/2-28 threaded barrel. Surrounding the barrel is a free-float quad-rail handguard constructed of 6061-T6 anodized aluminum.

The full-length Picatinny rail on the upper meets up with the full-length rail on the handguard for the addition of optics and accessories. Likewise, a three-slot Picatinny rail on the gas block extends the rail even further for more options. Additional full-length Picatinny rails also sit at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions with a nine-slot rail on the bottom.
