The Alien Gear Rapid Force LVL 2 Slim Holster
Constructed of Alien Gear’s proprietary blend of polymer, the LVL 2 Slim is lighter, stronger, and more heat resistant than Kydex-type holsters, according to the company. Designed for OWB (outside the waistband) carry, the holster is available via the Alien Gear Paddle or Locking Belt Slide.
However, the LVL 2 Slim is compatible with the Quick Detach System (QDS). For this reason, it can easily move to other platforms, such as a drop leg, molle, surface mount, etc. Likewise, it is easily swapped out for the level 3 duty holster when necessary.
Perfect for detectives, special agents, executive security operators, unmarked/training assignments, or civilians, the slim, minimalistic design easily conceals under loose clothing. Featuring a level 2 thumb swipe mechanism, it’s built to be consistent with the level 3 duty holster’s intuitive draw.
The LVL 2 Slim holster accommodates suppressor height sights of 0.475-inches. Likewise, the optic cut is compatible with all standard optic mounting plates. However, it will not work with optics that extend past the front of the optic mount.
The LVL 2 Slim is currently only available for the Glock 19, Glock 19X, Glock 23 (Gen 1-4), Glock 45, Sig P365, Sig P365 SAS, Sig P365X (No Optic), and Sig P365XL. However, it is worth noting that it does not accommodate the Sig P365 Elite, P365 XL Elite, or P365 X Elite with optics installed. This is due to the co-witnessed optics.
