Things are getting extra rowdy over at Bond Arms as the company offers the Rowdy XL. When it comes to close-quarters defense, a derringer can be really handy in a pinch. However, when it comes to making a statement, both .45 LC and .410 have a way of adding emphasis. Put those two things together, and you get a rowdy little belly blaster with attitude.
The Bond Arms Rowdy XL
Like other pistols in the Bond Arms lineup, the Rowdy XL features a solid steel frame. The Rowdy XL is essentially the same as the Snake Slayer, only in a more budget-friendly package. To keep costs down for the end user, the Rowdy XL features a Rough Series finish as opposed to the polished finish of the Snake Slayer.
Likewise, the Rowdy XL features a B6 resin grip with a smooth backstrap, providing a positive grip. This is in place of the hand-finished rosewood grips of the Snake Slayer. Just forward of the grip is the enclosed trigger guard with ample access to the trigger. The single-action pistol features a spring-loaded, cammed cocking lever and patented rebounding hammer.
Chambered in .45 LC/.410 shotshell, the 3.5-inch stainless steel barrel is interchangeable with all standard Bond Arms barrels. Once both rounds are expended, an automatic spent casing extractor helps with quick reloads for follow-up shots, if necessary. A cross bolt safety assures that the Rowdy XL can be carried safely in the pocket or in a holster.
The Bond Arms Rowdy XL is available now with an MSRP of $349.00. For more info, please visit BondArms.com.
